    "Shipped quickly. Callaway is some of the best cold / foul weather golf gear on the market. I have a Perry Ellis International account and my Callaway Golfsales representative in my Corpus Christi Texas area does NOT return my texts, calls, or email because my account does not generate large enough sales for her if I had to speculate. I gave up trying to buy through her on October 14, 2024 after the last non returned email. I need better service through PEI for the amount of buying I do. I feel like even though I am loyal to Callaway Apparel, they are not loyal to me. This is awful I know. The kids on the golf team love Callaway. So I keep buying it, even though my local representative does not provide me service of any kind, and so I I'm stuck buying at the regular website. I have been buying like this since 2019 and I can't get anyone to give me proper help. So here I am reduced to making this type of review in the hopes that as a PEI account holder, I can actually get some service."
