"I’ve ordered this pleated back skort three times. Each time I get a skort that has no pleats and us straight front and back. So disappointed. I’d love to have this skirt but I’ve almost paid as much in return fees as the sale price. Customer service was friendly and honest about warehouse staff issues but I’ve sent pictures, Included detailed notes in the return envelope… still can’t get the order right. Guess I’ll go back to Lady Hagen and others."
