Waterproof Warranty

This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. A consumer may have other rights depending upon where they live.

All Callaway Golf Apparel with a specific waterproof rating is warranted to be waterproof under normal use for either one (1) or three (3) years from the date of the original purchase, subject to the Limitations on Warranties as listed below. “Normal use” is defined as ordinary wear and use consistent with the product's purpose.

Outside of the United States, all warranty service must be obtained from the distributor or subsidiary in the country in which the apparel was purchased. If the original purchase date cannot be established by presentation of proof of purchase, the manufacture date of the apparel will be used as the purchase date for purposes of determining the commencement of the Waterproof Warranty period.

Limitations On Warranties

Warranty claims will be handled at Callaway Golf Apparel’s sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.

With respect to all products, any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original product from an authorized retailer, not from the repair or replacement date.

This warranty excludes damage to or leakage at the zipper, accidents, inappropriate use (i.e., misuse, modification, or use contrary to care instructions), or repair other than by Callaway Golf Apparel or its authorized representatives. 

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY THE SPECIFIC JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE APPAREL WAS PURCHASED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS, AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.

CALLAWAY GOLF APPAREL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF CALLAWAY APPAREL PRODUCTS. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranties set forth above.

Outside of the United States, local taxes, tariffs, or shipping charges may apply.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer, or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warranties in any manner whatsoever.
